An ultra-modern three story home, built to grow and mature with a young family. The client’s brief was to install a discreet future proof system that gives their home and lifestyle the ability to expand over years to come.

To enhance an already busy family life Signal Flow installed a centralised control system that enables all technology within the home to be controlled via a single user interface, including; CCTV which can be viewed on any TV, under floor heating and air-conditioning control via discreet in-room temperature sensors, a smart doorbell/intercom with vehicle and pedestrian access control, outdoor lighting and motorised blinds.

As film and gaming enthusiasts it was also important for us to ensure we delivered on the Audio and Video experience - a multiroom video distribution system with enhanced audio from soundbars allows the family to enjoy entertainment in multiple rooms simultaneously with the all-important WiFi coverage uninterrupted.
